I. Product Composition
TD11 floating floor consists of a 50mm lightweight fire-resistant insulating material, rock wool, as the base layer, with 3mm and 2mm thick galvanized steel plates laid on top (bonded with 1mm thick damping adhesive in between), forming a floating deck structure. It is primarily used for local ship compartments (requiring A60 class fire resistance) and offers excellent vibration damping, noise reduction, sound insulation, and thermal insulation functions.
